My goal is always to make a solid, quality product that has my obsession to detail written all over it.  If you think otherwise, please contact me within 48 hours and lets talk.  Candles returned must be unburned and fully intact.  You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless its our error due to receiving damaged product or the wrong product – if that is the case we will cover return shipping charges as well as full refund.  We are not responsible if your package is lost on its way back to us so you may want a tracking number.  You will need a return authorization before you can send it back, so call me for that first.     We reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not meet these guidelines.  All sale items are final.
